HOW CAN I HELP?

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure why certain difficulties keep repeating in their lives. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship conflict, family stress, or the impact of past experiences that still feel present.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and develop new ways of responding to yourself and others. My approach is collaborative, relational and practical — supporting you to understand both your internal world and the wider systems you are part of.

I work with people from all background who want more than quick fixes, and who are open to exploring deeper emotional and relational patterns in order to create lasting change.

MY APPROACH.

I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, trained at Temple University, and I work integratively using evidence-based models including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT).

This means I pay attention not only to symptoms, but also to relationships, attachment patterns, family dynamics, and the ways early experiences shape present-day functioning. My work is informed by both psychological research and a strong belief in the importance of emotional safety, trust, and therapeutic alliance.

Sessions are structured yet flexible, combining reflection, emotional processing, and practical strategies tailored to your needs and goals.
